nVIDIA Memorial Giveaway

My name is Dan McCaulley, I was the lucky winner of the chrisray memorial PC that was raffled off at PAX EAST 2010. I went to PAX mainly for the BYOC (team fortress 2 tournament) with some friends. I had heard about some raffle nvidia was going to be doing for a PC, but I didnt really know anything else about it. When I got to the nvidia booth and asked about it they told me the whole story of what happened, and even though I had never heard of chrisray before it kinda hit home for me. A good friend of mine passed away very unexpectedly (motorcycle crash) about a year ago and I know how hard it can be for a family to have to deal with that, not only emotionally, but financially as well. Even though I never expected to win I put in $200 for the raffle to help out his family.

The nvidia reps told me they would call the winner a few days after pax, so when a few days went by I figured someone else had won it. I got the call about 3 weeks ago that I won, and the system just arrived last week. I wanted to post all of this sooner, but I havent had the time. Before I go into the pics and specs and all that I would just like to say to anyone who knew chrisray, and especially to his family, that you have my deepest, heartfelt condolences.
